The fine print, plainlyPrivacy
This site does one thing with your information: it gets your garage door enquiry to someone who can deal with it. Here is the whole story, in the same plain words as everything else here.
What we collect
Only what you put into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, suburb, an optional email address, the kind of job, and whatever you tell us about the door. If you arrived at the form from our door sorter, the message box may be pre-filled with a summary of your answers; it is visible, and you can edit or delete it before sending.
Photos and files you attach
The form takes up to three optional files (photos of the fault, plans, that sort of thing) so the person reading your enquiry can see what you see. They are stored privately, used only to understand your job, never published, and deleted automatically after 30 days. If you would rather not attach anything, a good description does the job too.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry: to ring you back, understand the job, and arrange a visit. That is the only purpose. We do not build marketing lists from enquiries, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is stored securely so it can be handled, and we may share it with a suitable local provider to service your request, which is the point of sending it. It is not shared beyond what responding to you requires.
What we do not collect
No account, no login, no advertising trackers, no analytics profile stitched to your name. The site is static pages and one form.
Holding and removing your details
Enquiry records are kept only as long as they are useful for handling the job and its follow-up. If you would like what you sent corrected or deleted, reply through the enquiry form saying so, with the name and phone number you used, and it will be done.
Questions
Anything this page has not answered, ask it through the form and you will get a straight answer from a person.
